Every season we have the difficult task of awarding our Spotlight Dancer of the Year. When we are choosing this honor, we ask ourselves a few important questions. Who was the most influential dancer of the season, who made the biggest impact, who was the most dedicated, and who truly was a positive role model for the other dancers in the studio? For these reasons, and more, we are so proud to award our Season 22 Spotlight Dancer of the Year to Kendall Wittenberg. Kendall is a true embodiment of a Spotlight Dancer of the Year. She is kind, encouraging, dedicated and a true powerhouse of a tap dancer that commands the stage with her genuine love of dance that shines through in every performance. Kendall has grown into a wonderful young lady whose dedication to dance, and to Spotlight, is truly something special.
